​Meet your artist 

Astraea is the Greek goddess who rose into the heavens and became the maiden that is known to depict the Virgo zodiac sign and constellation. As a fellow virgo and lover of astrology, greek mythology, and the lore of these stories, I felt Astraea was a perfect fit.

Hi, I’m Erika, your stained glass artist. I’ve been creating art in many different forms as far back as I can remember. I created graphic designs throughout my college experience and have always enjoyed granny crafts (crochet, knitting, cross stitch, etc.) I knew I wanted to share my art in local markets, but never had the right medium, until now.

 

I came across a tik tok video of someone making stained glass art in May of 2024 and immediately thought, “I bet I could do that.” I gathered my materials over the course of that week and was itching to get started. My life has been practically taken over by my stained glass since and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
